Try to make water a little larger to overcome glass surface. Most simple way to make it - scale it up in KS a little.
@oleksii.rybakov is correct. But the reason this happens is because your liquid volume surface is occupying the same place your glass is and the two are competing. This is often referred to as z-fighting. Just thought Iād share a bit more context.
